Minimum stay of 4 nights.
Total amount due at booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit ($250) will be held with credit card number.
NO REFUNDS of monies received unless another renter can be found for the dates reserved; in which case a refund will be issued minus and $100 cancelation fee and any processing fees.
Check-in time is 3pm.
Check-out time is 10am.
No refunds for no-shows.
